Get your smokers and favorite brine tuned up to win! The top three entries will go home with cash and bragging rights! Be prepared to share your fish story and how you smoked your salmon.
Bring enough of your best smoked salmon for judging and plenty to share! Seriously, bring a bunch, our members are hungry!
Rules:
Must be current member of PSA Sno-King
Fish entered can only be Washington salmon
Salmon must have been caught by entrant
Salmon must be smoked by entrant
